How far in advance should I book?

Our inventory of phones is always growing, but we do have a finite number of color and style options. To ensure you are getting the pick of the litter, we recommend booking sooner rather than later.

Do you ship your phones?

No. We currently are only offering local services within Northwest Arkansas. We deliver the phone, set it up for you and your guests, and return at the end of your event to pick up the phone. No shipping required!

Do instructions come with the phone?

Yes! We have several instructions/sign options that you can choose from when finalizing your booking.

How do I know my booking is finalized?

Once you have paid your deposit and signed your contract, you are officially booked! We will deliver the phone to your event and capture your memories.

How do I receive my voicemails?

We have several different recording delivery options including USB and custom vinyls. You can select from our delivery options after selecting your phone.

When will I receive my voicemails back?

Processing your guests messages can take up to 6 weeks before you receive your delivery by USB.

During busier times of the year, delivery times may vary.
